kiraniti.com is the website of Kiran K Malani (“Kiran”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information the website collects, why, and the choices you have.

• Session enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred session format, the theme you would like to explore (optional) and your message.
• Kiraniti Life Cards™ waitlist — your email address and first name (optional).

Please share only what you're comfortable with

You don't need to include health, financial or other sensitive details in an enquiry. If you choose to share them, they are used only to reply to you.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Read and reply to your enquiry.
• Email you when Kiraniti Life Cards™ are released, if you joined the waitlist and asked us to.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Like any website, our hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivering form submissions by email). They process information only to provide these services, and may do so outside India.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable record-keeping. Waitlist details are kept until the cards are released and we have let you know, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and raise a grievance about how your data has been handled. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.

Children

This website and its forms are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
